1. Any One Ummah item sold and is found to be faulty, we will exchange (no refund given) it within 10 working days on confirmation of delivery with customer. Before any One Ummah item is shipped to customer, we endeavour to do our best that One Ummah products to be faulty free (there is no obvious fault with the product).
2. If purchased product (if its faulty) needs to be exchanged within the confirmed (customer must contact us) 10 working days, please post back to our address (this will be given to you in your purchase) for exchange (return postage to be paid by customer). If customer does not inform us within 10 working days from point of sale (when actually purchased), One Ummah will not accept any return for exchange item.
3. One Ummah is not liable for any other third party fault while item is being shipped to customer. We will not pay for any items lost or damaged while being shipped or in transit etc.
4. Any One Ummah product not exchanged (if faulty) within 10 working days, we will not accept the return of the purchased One Ummah product.
5. Any One ummah product to be re-posted to customer, the customer will be charged the postage to their address.
6. Please make sure before you purchase any One Ummah clothing product, you check your size. We will not exchange or refund any One Ummah clothing product if you have chosen the wrong size.
7. Any One Ummah item purchased, and you decide to change your mind, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund to you of the product purchased.
8. We will not accept anyone abusing the One Ummah brand logo Identity Trademarks and any brand related intellectual property or content etc. Any abuse we shall seek compensation from all parties involved.
9. All points in our Terms & Conditions are applicable to all One Ummah Products. These apply to single purchase and multiple purchases, thankyou.
